I’ve had my Bkool unit for a few months now and it refuses to pair. I have tried over and over. Is there anyone I can contact to actually come out and have a look at my unit to let me know if I’m doing something wrong, or if in fact it’s a problem with the unit itself.

I have one of the earlier( i believe) classic trainers(with the usb port) and am wondering about the update I have seen for the ANT+ FE-C as I can’t seem to get that to come up, I have seen somewhere that all of the trainers are supposed to be able to be upgraded, is this correct?
