TAKE PART IN THE IRONMAN NICE FROM YOUR LIVING ROOM!
In just one week, the IronMan Nice will open its doors to the triathletes, however, you can ride the bicycle stage before the event! Our challenge on Thursday will take you on the first 30km of the real bicycle stage from this spectacular event.
As always, we’re holding various challenges throughout the day giving you the chance to take part. Choose the session that works best and ride a 30km stage of one of the toughest races in the world.

To enter the raffle is simple. Choose the time that works best for you, open the Simulator 5 minutes before to pair your trainer and sensors, go to the homepage. At the time of the event, press refresh and scroll down to the LIVE section. You’ll see a session that has a yellow box with “featured” inside. Join this session. Everyone who joins during the first 10-minute warmup and finishes the session will be entered into the raffle.
A 23-km session between the Sevillian towns of El Ronquillo and Santa Olalla de Cala, following the Ruta de la Plata (Silver Route). Today it is a highway, but the route follows an ancient Roman road running across the Iberian Peninsula from north to south. Thanks to ddCat for shooting this video.
Final part of the fifth day of this major women’s event that runs through England and Wales, in 5 stages. In this session you will complete 22 km, tackling several hills before crossing the finish line on the streets of the Welsh city of Colwyn Bay. The final sprint along the coast could get tough if the wind starts blowing.
26 km route on quiet roads north of the Danish town of Hillerød. It has plenty of ups and downs, with a bit less than 200 m. of slope, but the grades don’t exceed 5%. You can do it in 3D or Video View, thanks to Gabor, who shared this recording.
First 30 km of the cycling leg of the legendary triathlon in Nice. After a first part that is flat, starting at km 20 you will begin the climb to Saint-Jeannet. The hardest section is 6 km, with an average grade of 5%, with some bits topping 16%. Pace yourself to clock a good time in this one.
