#LaVueltaBkool comes to an end, and it’s time to start thinking about the Innsbruck World Cup. In just one week the race will start to determine who will be the Bkool World Champion.
But first…

Belgium currently dominates the list of winners, with 41 victories in its more than 70 editions. But who will win the first virtual edition?
If you want your name to stand at the top of the podium, you will have to join us for our Multiplayer Challenges next Thursday. Choose the schedule that best suits you, and prepare to compete with Bkoolers from all over the world.
Just for participating and finishing the session you will be entered in a drawing for 3 Muck Off bike cleaning kits.

Everyone who joins during the first 10-minute warmup and finishes the session will be entered into the raffle.
RECOMMENDED ROUTES
In this session of intermediate difficulty you will pedal through the US county of Caledonia, in Vermont. Changes of pace predominate throughout the 16 km that will take you to the city of Peacham. Careful with the last 2 km, a continuous climb that can make it tougher than you expected.
TOUR DE L’EUROMETROPOLE 2018. BELGIUM
Circuit around the town of Tournai, where this long-standing Belgian event ends. 15 fairly easy km. A couple of sections are uphill, and you might try to pull ahead on them, but save some energy for the final sprint.
OBERLIENZ SCHLAITEN RUNDE. AUSTRIA
A 21-km route that runs around the Isel River. Although it is rated as easy, it ascends a little over 450 m in 10 km, with some sections exceeding 14%. But don’t let that scare you off, as first part is good for a warm-up, and you have a small break at the mid-point of the session. Thanks to Boomi for sharing the video of this lovely Austrian area.
IRONMAN 70.3 PORTUGAL 3/3. PORTUGAL
Final section of the cycling leg of this triathlon held in the Portuguese city of Cascais at the end of September. You will start the session in Estoril, to ride 28 km and rack up 400 m of slope. You will not find any prolonged climbs, but some slopes do exceed 14%. Another factor to take into account, especially by the coast area, is the wind.
Happy cycling!
