Please rest assured that nothing is changing for now. You can ride on the BKOOL platform just as you’ve been doing. Our focus will be on improving the stability and reliability of the app, and taking a customer-centric approach.
This is a learning phase for us, and we’re committed to listening to the feedback from you and all the other BKOOL riders.
Our aim is to provide the best possible experiences, value and riding options for riders around the world. And because we’ve always respected BKOOL as a fellow provider of real-route indoor cycling, we’re really grateful for the chance to step in and help it continue.
