We’re looking to find the new king of the mountain – and what better route than the Alpe d’Huez! Start preparing for this difficult challenge. This route has an average slope of 8.68% and you’ll be climbing from the word go. Do you have what it takes?<\/p>\n

PEACHAM \u2013 ST. JOHNSBURY, VT.\u00a0<\/a>UNITED STATES<\/a><\/p>\n
A tough 21-kilometer route through Caledonia County. Departing from the outskirts of Peacham, you will ride along quiet roads towards St. Johnsbury. The ride features a set of different hills; although short, you rack up 614 m of climbing, with some grades of over 15%.<\/p>\n

\nJAPAN CUP 2017. JAPAN<\/a><\/p>\n
The final section of this competition that runs through the Japanese prefecture of Tochigi, northwest of its capital, Utsunomiya. A hard session in which you will face, four times, the climbs of Kogashiyama and Tsuru, totalling 43 km and 830 m of slope. An ideal ride for interval training.<\/p>\n

\nEUROPEAN ROAD CYCLING CHAMPIONSHIPS. DENMARK<\/a><\/p>\n
The course from the Elite category of the past European Championship held in the Danish city of Herning in August. Stretching for 20 km and with 140 m of slope, it’s a fairly easy session, with some grades of slightly over 8%. Thanks to Museeuw for shooting the video.<\/p>\n
