LEGAL BASIS<\/strong><\/td>The execution of the contractual relationship through these Legal Bases that each Participant accepts by participating in the BKOOL Challenge for the purpose of being a potential Winner of the Prize without any monetary consideration, as well as our legitimate interest derived from the corresponding responsibilities and legal obligations derived from the contractual relationship with each Participant.<\/td><\/tr>
RETENTION PERIOD<\/strong><\/td>As a consequence of the above, we will process the Participant’s data for the duration of the contractual relationship. Subsequently, to the extent permitted by data protection regulations, we may keep the data of the Participants blocked for all periods of limitation of the corresponding legal liabilities arising from the legal relationship or from their consent. <\/td><\/tr>
