**LEGAL BASES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE “3 MONTHS FREE BKOOL PREMIUM” RAFFLE**<\/p>\n\n\n\n
**1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION**<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The company BKOOL, located at Carretera de La Coru\u00f1a, Km. 17,800, Edificio Madro\u00f1os 3, 28231, Las Rozas, Madrid, Spain, and identified with NIF number B-98125024, organizes the raffle (hereinafter, “the Promotion”) to be conducted through the Internet in accordance with the terms set out below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
**2.- START AND END DATE**<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Promotion will begin on August 12, 2024, and end on August 31, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
**3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS**<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The participation requirements will be as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– All those who subscribe to the BKOOL Newsletter through the form available on the promotional landing page of the raffle can participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Each participant may only participate once in the Promotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these legal bases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
**4.- PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES**<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A winner will be chosen through a random raffle held on September 5, 2024. The prize will consist of a free 3-month subscription to BKOOL Premium and an OAKLEY ENCODER STRIKE cycling sunglasses + case. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be subject to change or alteration. BKOOL reserves the right to modify the prize if, on the day the participant is declared the winner, there are issues with the prize and, therefore, the impossibility of awarding it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The winner will be notified via the email provided at the time of subscription to the BKOOL Newsletter. The winner will have 7 days to respond to the notification email and accept the prize. If contact is not made within the stipulated period, the raffle will be declared void or another winner will be chosen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
**5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES**<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If it is evidenced that any of the Participants do not meet the requirements set forth in the Bases, or if the data provided for participation are not valid, their participation will be considered null and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes granted by virtue of this Promotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
**6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS**<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, injurious, or discriminatory, or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Comments that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and one’s own image will also not be allowed. BKOOL reserves the right to remove any comments that do not comply with these rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
**7.- EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY**<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For illustrative purposes, but not limited to, BKOOL is not responsible for possible losses, thefts, delays, or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor for the use made by the Participant of the prize obtained in this Promotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
BKOOL does not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events that could prevent the realization of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
**8.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA**<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, each participant, by accepting these Legal Bases, consents that their personal data be incorporated into a file owned by BKOOL, with the purpose of managing the raffle, as well as disseminating and publicizing its results, and processing the delivery of the prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We inform you that you can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Deletion, Opposition, Limitation of processing, Portability, oblivion, and not be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an email to info@bkool.com. Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the Participant shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, particularly in the Member State of his or her habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement if he or she considers that the processing of personal data concerning him or her is not in accordance with the regulation, as well as in the case of not seeing the exercise of their rights satisfied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
**9.- CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE**<\/p>\n\n\n\n
BKOOL reserves the right to modify or expand these promotional bases, provided that it does not prejudice or undermine the rights of the Participants in the Promotion. The mere fact of participating in the raffle implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Bases. Likewise, participation in a raffle of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the social network through which it is carried out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
**10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION**<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of residence of the Participant will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation, or fulfillment of these bases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
