I am a regular bkool user but neither my pc or laptop will accept the latest update which is really frustrating. I am running the latest version of Windows 10.
And now you tell me I have said this before! So, sort it out and give me answer before I cancel my subscription!

We’re sorry to hear that we’ve had a problem with the latest update. An email has been sent to Windows users with instructions on how to fix it.
First, you need to remove the old BKOOL Cycling version from your device, once you have done this you can download the new version.
