Following the success of the Tour of the Americas by BKOOL over this last month, this week we are suggesting a route through Europe with our group rides. From 30th August to 5th September you will have group rides available, organised throughout the day so that the timetable is not an obstacle to your training.
We will start the week with a trip to the south of Belgium. On Monday, a 14 km video and 3D route will take you to the Wallonia region. This route has an easy level of difficulty that makes it accessible for cyclists of all levels.
Jacob Skovsgaards will once again lead a virtual group ride in Denmark on Tuesday at 19:00h (CEST). The Danish e-cycling champion will join us on a beautiful ride where we will see more of his home country. We continue with another Nordic country, with it now being Finland’s turn. On Wednesday 1th September we will ride through the Central Park of Helsinki, a park full of nature in the heart of the city.
On Thursday, the island of Corsica awaits us with a medium-difficulty route along the coast. Here you can enjoy the views while challenging fellow BKOOLers to beat your times. Another fantastic Mediterranean island awaits us on Friday. We move to Greece to do a route on the island of Crete, famous for its myths and legends. This medium-difficulty route will be a challenge for those of you who struggle with the slopes as it has an ascent of 400 metres.
During the weekend we will have velodrome sessions distributed throughout the day at the Galapagar velodrome and at the Luis Puig velodrome. Here we will have prepared 20 kilometres where you will be able to have a healthy competition with your group mates.
