| PURPOSES | Organize and celebrate the BKOOL indoor cycling Winter Challenge. Notify the Winner of the corresponding Prizes |
| LEGAL BASIS | The execution of the contractual relationship through these Legal Bases that each Participant accepts by participating in the BKOOL indoor cycling Winter Challenge for the purpose of being a potential Winner of the Prize without any monetary consideration, as well as our legitimate interest derived from the corresponding responsibilities and legal obligations derived from the contractual relationship with each Participant. |
| RETENTION PERIOD | As a consequence of the above, we will process the Participant’s data for the duration of the contractual relationship. Subsequently, to the extent permitted by data protection regulations, we may keep the data of the Participants blocked for all periods of limitation of the corresponding legal liabilities arising from the legal relationship or from their consent. |
| COMMUNICATION TO THIRD PARTIES | In any case, the Participants’ data may be transferred or given access to the following entities listed below: Strava Inc for the administrative management of the Participants in the competition. Garmin, to (i) carry out the delivery of one of the Prize and (ii) to send commercial communications in the case the consent is given. Sponsors who will be in charge of delivering the Prizes. In any case, the Participant’s data may be transferred when such transmission is the result of a court order or legal obligation. All this without prejudice to the transfer of the data of the Participants that are imposed on us by the mandatory rules and, to the extent that the Participant is a Winner. |

| PARTICIPANTS DATA PROTECTION RIGTHS | At any time, and subject to the legal limitations, the Participants may exercise their data protection rights.
