On Sunday at 16:00h (CEST) the Deceuninck – Quick-Step will join you in a new virtual experience on the paved roads of the Hell of the North.
Their victories on the pavé are part of cycling history. They feel almost at home there, which is why the postponement of this weekend’s race was a major blow for Deceuninck – Quick-Step. But thanks to virtual cycling, they will be able to save the race and, best of all, you will be there with them!
Deceuninck – Quick-Step has joined forces with BKOOL to recreate 14 km of the famous pavé of northern France and invite you to a unique virtual experience with four of its top riders.
Want to join The Wolfpack and feel like a member of the team for some kilometres? On Sunday 11 April at 16:00 (CEST) you will have the opportunity to ride with riders from the number 1 team in the UCI rankings by joining a Group Ride at BKOOL.
The Wolfpack has a strong line-up ready to ride with you this weekend. Danish national champion Kasper Asgreen, who has just triumphed in the Ronde van Vlaanderen, will ride once again alongside Belgian classics specialist Yves Lampaert. Joining them will be Frenchman and pavement devotee Florian Senechal, as well as the 2021 Omloop Het Nieuwsblad winner, Italian Davide Ballerini.
For those of you who can’t participate in “The Wolfpack: A day in the hell” this Sunday at 16:00, we’ve got something extra planned. Therefore, next week (12-18 April) we will repeat the experience with the ghosts of the Deceuninck – Quick-Step riders included in each session. This way, you can feel what it’s like to ride with your idols virtually anytime on a different day or repeat the Group Ride as many times as you like.
And as if competing alongside them wasn’t motivation enough, we’ve got a giveaway ready for you. All riders who complete the Group Ride live or in the upcoming editions next week will be automatically included in the giveaway for a Deceuninck – Quick-Step jersey. All you have to do is complete the session and save it at the end. Just imagine how much fun you’ll have at your next training session if you win – now you too can wear the colours of “The Wolfpack”!
Participation is open to everyone, regardless of age, gender or level. All you need is a smart cycling trainer and a subscription to the app. The most important thing is to enjoy a fun training session, riding with cyclists from other countries and without the weather being an obstacle.
Taking part in The Wolfpack: A day in hell is as easy as registering on the platform and completing the stage. Moreover, it can be done for free, as BKOOL offers 30 days free of charge on its website for all new users.
Still don’t know how to participate? First of all, log in BKOOL on Sunday 11 April at 16h00 (CEST). Select the session highlighted with a yellow star in the LIVE section of the Main Menu. If you can’t find it, refresh the screen until it shows up. Enter the session and wait for the warm-up to finish to enjoy a unique experience with your idols.
